What this site is
The Vehicle Exchange Program is a marketing program that invites vehicle owners to a free exchange review at a participating automotive dealership: a look at what their current vehicle could go toward a newer one. We don't buy or sell vehicles ourselves, and we don't make credit decisions or arrange financing.
Exchange reviews and offers
Nothing on this site — including your Exchange Pass — is an offer to buy your vehicle, a statement of its value or a quote for another vehicle. An Exchange Pass reserves an exchange review with the dealership. Any offer for your vehicle is made by the dealership after an in-person inspection and depends on its condition, mileage, equipment, history and market demand. You are never obligated to sell your vehicle or to buy another one.
Payments and financing
The program doesn't promise any particular monthly payment, approval, interest rate or trade-in value. Any financing for a vehicle you may choose at the dealership is provided by third-party lenders through the dealership; approval, rates, down payment and terms depend on your complete credit application, verification of the information you provide, the vehicle you choose and each lender's criteria. Not everyone will qualify. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit.
Text messages
If you agree to receive texts, the dealership may text you about your invitation and your exchange review, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and is your own. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
Invitation Codes
Invitations are personal and valid only for the dates of the dealership's event. Don't attempt to guess or use Invitation Codes that aren't yours; we may block access that looks automated or abusive.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
